force nerd boys to talk about how they're not actually the victim, but they're the bully.
You're not going to get anywhere talking to women and transfolk, because they already know what's up. Don't put it on them to correct your flaws and weaknesses.
Rather, address the sexism problem where it began - and that means making the men do the hard work of looking in the goddamn mirror.
