A small but extremely useful suggestion to improve Surrender Vote

Since the surrender vote is really distracting and can really get you tilted because a teammate just spams it whenever they die or something

Can we have the Surrender vote disappear after 1 or 2 players voted no?

To explain more

At 15 , we can't surrender unless everyone vote yes , which means when someone ( only one ) votes No , the surrender vote will stay there distracting us for no reason until we all vote No for it to disappear or we have to wait for the timer to end

So when this guy 1 guy votes No , the surrender vote should disappear because no matter what the other players vote , the result will be the same

At 19-20 Min+ , it should be when 2 players vote no , the surrender vote should disappear

Why 19? Because if the surrender vote started at 19 , it can be 3/1 ,a player just didn't vote Until 20 so they can ff with 4 votes at 20

It just doesn't make sense when we are at the 25th Minute and 2 vote no , the 2 other votes will just remain useless

I understand Riot's policy about not muting surrender vote because some people really need to ff at times , but this suggestion should be really a thing.

It's good to gauge everyone's opinion on the matter.

If the surrender vote is 0/2 @ 24 minutes, maybe it is because they think "they might be sieging an inhib whilst we haven't damaged an inhib yet, but one lucky fight could turn this around!"

Seeing "3/2" let's the other two players know "Hey, half your team has low morale and they want to just get out."

Imagine being 2-30 and the surrender vote keeps disappearing with 1/1 votes @ 15 minutes, people would have no idea they whether they had to simply wait 5 minutes to get out of a game, or that the game only had to get a tad worse for the surrender vote to (maybe) succeed post 20.

Also, make it not appear when you're actively freaking engaging enemy champions. (which is basically 90% of surrender votes).

Also, wish the player doing the best on the team had veto power later game though. Have been doing well, sure we could win, but my team was so tilted the 4-1 surrendered. People doing the best are usually the first to surrender losing games anyway as they don't want to ruin their precious stats. This way they'd have a chance to fight it out since they earned it. I'm sure no one will agree though.
