Event Horizon (E) cooldown lowered from 18/17/16/15/14 to 17/15.5/14/12.5/11

Why his E cooldown is getting decreased ? it's already the strongest CC ability in the game His E late game CD with 40% CDR will be like 6 Seconds or less , the Ability duration is 3 seconds Anyway , so you will get caged once every 3 seconds in late game? His late game is already monsterous as it is , well that " if " you lived those 3 seconds in case you didn't get 1 shot by his Ult somehow If the champion has to get buffed then maybe somewhere else honestly.

give him flat 40 base HP level 1, nothing more. Makes his early a wee less exploitable, keeps him basically the same mid-late.

This is assuming he actually needs a buff as opposed to just a more favorable meta.

I love Veigar and I am glad that he got buffed. I also believe his E move is his best move, so I like that it got buffed. I also do not think Veigar is OP or broken, so I am happy with this buff. I think Zed and LeBlanc are way more dangerous.

Dear league, remove Veigar's ability to monstrously scale if you're going to buff him elsewhere, thank you. Honestly, I think RIOT just wants them to be in pro play 24/7. But I mean... if Veigar's e is being buffed, then they need to make the cage larger so his abilities are easier to dodge within the cage.

As someone who plays a lot of Veigar and understands that his E is one of the strongest abilities in the game... I'll allow it.
