For the love of god , take a look at my honor stats

I've been stuck at honor level 2 checkpoint 3 like forever , ever since I started the season , I never moved not even a single checkpoint there is obviously a bug no matter how you look it I do play a lot , my level should show that , I do get honored a lot , of course not toxic , yet I'm still stuck at level 2 , even my account in Euw reached honor level 3 from checkpoint 1 while I barely play there , seriously something must be done , I'm not the only one who is stuck at honor level 2 btw. I sent a support ticket and here was the answer : " Thank you for writing to us and don't get discouraged if your level isn't as you wish, you level up just by playing to win in your games. Show up, don’t intentionally work against team, as I can see it is already happening you are doing a good job and you’ll progress in the coming weeks and months. If your teammates honor you a lot, you’ll get a slight bonus in progression and rewards like loading screen flairs." what kind of a joke reply was that ? Edit : that was reply was month ago
