I hate XJ9 like everybody else does, but considering permanent bans mean nothing to any other player, regardless of their charges, it is simply unfair for XJ9 to remain banned. I don't want him unbanned, but if Riot is unbanning literally everybody besides XJ9, something is clearly wrong.
Riot didn't unban any accounts, they just told Tyler1 that he could make new accounts if he chooses to, and they won't be "banned on sight" (even with no reason).
I'm pretty sure that the player who is "ID banned" like XJ9 or T1 needs to be in touch with Riot (like, communicating back and forth) before they'll consider lifting the ban.
No League account is "Unban" LMAO
But if Riot did do such a shit, I want my old account back LOL
