End of game honor system has it all wrong
Riot needs to flip it so that you can honor any player after a match, but the first thirty seconds after the match Riot should ask you to report one of your teammates.

There's a difference between picking the lesser of 2 evils (See: American electoral system.) and picking the lesser of 4 saints. I'm not giving Peter the axe just because I think Saint Maria is cuter and Anthony of Padua had a perfect friar's cut.
I'm more annoyed by that one teammate you honor after the game only to find them being toxic in the after game chat with 4 honors because you vote beforehand.
I tend to forget to report people if we win the game so this would be nice
