[Champion Concept] Podia, The Massive Coward
Podia is a champion that frankly, doesn't want to be here. He hates fighting, especially the part where he might get hurt. Hailed a hero after accidentally killing a Giant Minotaur, he gets called on by his townspeople to undertake dangerous quests. With his rusty pitchfork and knapsack, Podia reluctantly accepts these jobs in order to maintain his newfound social status.
Good Reach (Passive): Podia's pitchfork can hit you further away than what most would consider melee (WORKING APPROXIMATION: 300-350 range). But melee he is. Holding his pitchfork by the edge like that doesn't come without penalties however; Podia has considerably less AS/lvl and AD/lvl than the average melee fighter.
Bale Out (Q, auto-reset): Casing Bale Out empowers Podia's next basic attack. It will also move him a bit over his maximum range away from the target. This can work over thin walls, but don't try becoming the next Bard.
Smoke in a Bottle (W, self-targets): No ordinary smoke, the instructions for making it are a village secret. Uncapping it gives Podia increased movement speed for a few seconds and makes him untargettable for the first second. Attacking cancels his untargetabilty. Enemies standing in the smoke (waiting to attack Podia), are silenced and take minor amounts of magic damage.
Pungeweed (E, skillshot): Podia throws a jar of Pungeweed in a straight line, damaging the first target hit and breaking the jar there. If Pungeweed doesn't hit any enemies, it lands on the gound at its max distance. When the jar breaks, a foul odor releases, slowing nearby enemies. An enemy hit with the jar is slowed twice as much.
Minotaur's Horn (R, skillshot): Pulling out the Minotaur's Horn, Podia blows into it. The resulting noise shoots out in a cone, dealing physical damage to enemies and causing them to flee. Podia gains attack speed based on the number of enemy champions feared.
Most of Podia's damage is in his basic attacks, so the idea is to keep a healthy distance from your opponent while poking them with your pitchfork. Of course, this means he's easy to kite if you're ranged. Podia's best initiation is landing Pungeweed before using Smoke in a Bottle to slip past the initial damage, using Minotaur's Horn to further slow you enemy down if needed. Be sure to get behind an enemy before casting Bale Out if you plan on chasing them.
