Mejai's is an objectively overpowered item

Sugarcoat it however you want, but Mejai's is an objectively overpowered soloqueue item. It's a medium risk high reward item in an environment where people aren't coordinated enough to deal with it.

When it pulls 10-15% pickrate on some ap champions while maintaining a 75% winrate you know there's a problem.

It makes you wonder why Riot kept around this snowball item while removing Sword of the Occult.
