How to Pick Which Teams go to Worlds in 2018

Good evening GD. I believe the current method of deciding which teams meet at the international stage is flawed and often leaves better teams at home. As such, here is my proposal for a new 16 team system.

1: The top eight Korean teams will be automatically given a spot at Worlds. 2: To select the other eight spots, a preliminary international tournament will be held (working title: Pre-Worlds). No region can send more than two teams, and countries outside of any current region can send one team.

With this new system in place, I believe that Worlds will only have the best teams in the world competing against each other.

I agree. But also, remove the international player limit. Let more Krs expand.

Problem 1: By allowing Korea to have 8 teams, That already boosts the statistical chance (Without accounting for anything other than numbers) Up to 50%, Much higher than other area's 12.5%

Problem 2: Korea is shown to have almost always better teams, So wouldn't the fix be to have Less of them?

Problem 3: Should if anything, Boost total team count to encourage potential team development, While also lengthening Worlds existence time to maximize Worlds' Merchandise

Problem 4: World's will still be rigged
