Yes. We live in a world were a black hoodie with a clear design on it is a "plain black hoodie" for the sake of exaggerating to make our pathetic arguments seem somewhat valid.

That being said, my favorite "plain black hoodie" is my Kingdom Hearts hoodie, which features a Nobody symbol and the words "Organization XIII" on the front. Yes, my favorite "plain black hoodie" by far.
