The Biggest Int is Flaming your team

Penta Penguin·1/25/2020, 12:19:43 PM·117 votes·24,250 views

Your ADC is 0/2 and you just died trying to gank for them.

They're having a bad time but they're not given up yet and are ready to turn it around and come back.

Then you say "What the fuck this bot lmao ff 15 pls"

So not only have you decided to give up but you're also trying to tilt your team-mates and further drive your chances into the ground.

Maybe your team got out-played but if you start flaming then you're just playing yourself.

Flamers thinking be like : hmmm.. if i insult them hard enough maybe they will start playing better and carry me.

But srsly , yesterday in ranked somehow i got a silver 3 player last season silver 1 vs a diamond 2 last season toplaner and enemy team all were high plat. Highest in my team was diamond 4 last season. Somehow that guy got placed on this game. He got completly destroyed i think he was 0-12 or something. The midlaner start flaming him. I was like dude dont blame him, the system somehow put him into this game. Its not his fault for playing against better players. After which mid responded with " i will flame him so he can learn how to play f.... D... Sh... Player" Yeah.. His flaming totally won us the game ( we surrender at 20) xD

Well, the biggest int is actual inting. This could come second though

Nah.. Flame is bad... People with over-blown ego are a sad case. Real inters, trolls and hard-tilted people are way worse.

When you get a salty duo you just stomped on your team and they just want to say: Did not carry this one and go 0/11 or something by 15 min...

Or when you get a duo, where top-lane picks into a counter gets 0/5 at 8 min mark and disconnects, then his duo-mid who is ok - disconnects too... Not bad...

When your adc gets triggered, you did not pick a sup he wanted... And just runs-down: bot for 3 kills and then goes mid for 2 more kills and goes to farm jungle...

Im abit of a hashinshin top laner at times so i can feed a lot early from limit testing but know how to macro and turn it around late game. When i get people that flame me it drives me nuts i want to afk and i cant flame them back or ill get banned lmao.

Like i had one game where i was 0/3 early and my jg kept flaming me even tho he fed the jax 1 kill early from invading and i didnt know when he'd hit level 2 so I got all in'd off guard. I just played proper until i came back into the 5/6 and took 3 turrets (2top1bot) jgl ended up 0/11 and whole team flamed him instead. Its just such a dumb mob mentality just focus on the fkn game and stop shifting blame to defend your ego.

JackMcCarry1/25/2020, 6:05:09 PM6 votes

You're right, when my Jungler says : "Oh i fed top 2 kills! your turn bot!" and goes in to int those 2 kills, the real int is me telling him to fuck off. My bad

This doesn't make any sense. If someone already says ff 15, then why would they care about "driving their chances into the ground"? They already want to get out of the game as soon as possible.

AeroWaffle1/25/2020, 10:59:29 PM5 votes

There's another level to take away from this.

If you insult and disrespect your own team in chat for how well they're doing, you're also increasing the chances that you run into griefers.

Think about it, not only are you giving them a reason to piss you off by insulting them you're also showing exactly what will piss you off. Doing poorly. So what better way to piss off of such a person than intentionally playing poorly.

lmao this post is 0-3 ff at 15 pls ty7ty7

Great Lad1/25/2020, 8:42:30 PM5 votes

Na. I can objectively say that flaming doesn't negatively impact you. "Flamed" (by flame I mean, I actually didn't let anyone disrespect my time and told them to stop being disrespectful ****. Going 0-12 on your lane is straight-up not caring) my way into P1/D4+D3 MMR on this account.

HazeVictory1/25/2020, 5:54:16 PM4 votes

They've given up lmao. If there's anything I've learnt playing with bot lane ADCs it's that they generally lack a strong mental and if they feed once due to an obvious mistake they will continue to do so for the rest of the match. They don't wanna listen to the team, a lot of them haven't learnt to ward, and ADC players have the worst macro of anyone else I've seen.

I've legit seen top laners get outscaled and take a back seat after they've realized they can no longer 1v4 after a certain point in the game but whenever I see a Yasuo main or ADC player commit an obvious mistake and die, they continue to repeat it over the span of the match and instead blame their team. They just don't have a strong mental and the moment your adc falls behind he's outlived his usefulness.

People often don't realize the whole point of low elo is that massive leads get thrown often, so it's worth playing mid/late game out usually. You'd be surprised what kind of leads get tossed out the window in a hot minute, lol.

spookdegrace1/26/2020, 5:24:44 AM3 votes

agreed. I've never understood the logic of sabotaging yourself further because you complain about your own teammates mistakes. I've even seen people get their hover champ banned by their own teammates as an honest mistake, proceed to troll pick in their lane and run it down. Yeah your champ got banned, but why sabotage yourself further and garuntee a loss?

This may be true, but seeing how the whole game is DESIGNED around how your team REACTS when fights break out, and Thinking ahead of what the enemy team will do before they do it, The game will always make a player flame. Its DESIGNED to make you get upset.

Here is your mix of players

  1. Players who have took the time to master a few champs, and there ability's

  2. Afk players

  3. Intent to feed players who walk right in to feed.

  4. Players who do not care about helping there team mates and just farm.

  5. Players who are too scared to try to fight in team fights.

  6. Players who spend the whole time waiting to KS instead of just fighting to win the trade.

  7. Players who want to surrender because the team made some really bad picks in champ select.

  8. Players that get upset if someone picks there champion in Champ select, and then follows that player for the whole match to try and get them killed, or just KS them.

  9. Players who think the 6 to 34 in just 10 min match is still winnable like the old version of League of Legends.

  10. Players who think there way, and mind set is always right.

Having all those mix of players in a video game that is based, and DESIGNED around reaction, and Strategy will always in time end with you getting tilted, and upset.

Why was the old version of League of Legends not as upsetting? Because the game was more built around how well a single player was playing, and not around how well the whole team does. There were other factors as well such as 10 min lane phase, Ruins that gave extra stats that could be mixed to do, many things like Extra Damage, Extra Armor, Magic Resist, Armor Pen, Magic pen, and the list goes on. Some of the best things about the Old ruins were you could go full Armor pen ruins and not have to worry about getting Armor pen Items. You could buy other items that could make your lane phase easyer. I sure miss those days of having so much extra health at level 1 for tanks, Or that full ruin page of AD for jungle.

One way or the other there is no such thing as never flaming, no matter how calm or pro you feel. In time one match will make you want to scream. Its inevitable.

Metal Janna1/25/2020, 4:02:23 PM3 votes

I hate when my jungler ganks bot alone and dies because my laners are ahead. But i'll just be like Me: please don't come back Me: maybe go help (mid or top, whichever is doing worse)? I have confidence that I can do something useful late, but not that the ADC is going to suddenly pop off and start winning the matchup just from one gank. So my preference is that the jungler helps make sure the other lanes don't lose so they can carry us until we're useful again... And I know that this is 90% not going to happen if I flame him for the bad decision he just made.

Can't control what the ADC does, though.

CyberPhobic1/25/2020, 7:27:58 PM3 votes

But if I run it straight through mid Im pretty sure my team instantly opens after my second run through.

Anyone clever would just mute the idiot flaming on the other hand

some of them do give up actualy... I don't flame though

My entire attitude and game play depend solely on what you say to me in text chat. I am 12 years old. Please help me.

Flamers need to learn their lesson. Soft int them.

Teémò1/26/2020, 5:04:10 AM2 votes

I always flame when I get stuff like. Darius rushing item 2015 to build item 3095 or Tryndamere Jax rushing item 3802 to builditem 3030 You building those items well being 0/6/0 means you probably have little care of winning. I don't have a problem with flaming as really it can be rather beneficial if a player is in auto pilot he's just in the zone. Now cussing and belittling someone to the point of making them cry, no I don't think that's right. I'd rather my team mates be themselves, but generally the flame I see the spam pinging alive is from the 0/20 guy trying to shotcall everything which is genuinely going to screw with your own idea of the scenario.
