No mana already gives him a better time than most jg champs. Built in lifesteal+shield. The best mobility in game. Free 45% attackspeed at all times. High base damage abilities. Infinite engage/chase potential. The best disengage ever made. Ward hops. CC and since they all take a fucking red smite true damage And "he falls off late" he'll just build fucking tank and still do a shit ton of damage.
There is no counterplay to a good lee sin. Because the only one who decides if he wins is the fucking lee sin. If he's trash and misses Q then flash ults he'll sit there like a fucking potato. Too bad he can just flash R to garuntee he lands his Q and then the rest of his combo + duskblade to delete your entire bloodline in 2 seconds. Fuck lee sin, fuck his entire kit. 7 abilities with a level 6 powerspike. Dare I say the best powerspike in history.
The ONLY champ I've ever managed to beat him with is fucking vi, because she's also broken as shit. Oh he q's in Q him in the fucking mouth and then make that blind man a fucking cripple for trying to touch you with his dirty ass feet. I've had this man on my shitlist since I started the game since you never see a bad lee sin. Everytime I don't ban lee sin in low elo ranked a fucking lee sin one trick always slips in cremes my entire team and then I have to run down a 11/0/0 lee sin who is just in every lane at the same time. I can go top as darius. Get ganked, kill him top laner, and escape. I'll tp while he's farming top and he'll be fucking bot lane to help them. He has a fucking leblanc passive because he exists in every goddamn lane at once. It's not a 5v5 vs a good lee it's a fucking 5v9 oh you think that enemy nami is alone. Whats that in the distance? Just because he "falls off" WHICH HE FUCKING DOESNT! He just switches to tank halfway through the game. But you can't just say "he falls off he can be strong early" HE'S THE FUCKING STRONGEST EARLYGAME CHAMP SINCE GODDAMN PRE Q REWORK DARIUS! Darius could kill people in under 2 seconds with fucking E Q W all almost instantly lee sin does the same thing from 2 miles away, and he's been doing it since he was fucking created.
"you have to be good with him" fucking barely. The only 2 champs who even pose a fucking threat is a good azir, which face it you never fucking see those under diamond 1. and a zed who roams more than you.
