Please make it so legendary, mythical and ultimate icons appear for everyone instead of the base

To be fair I dont know why this isnt a thing already. Considering these skins are £15-20 or even more for the mythical, why not implement icon changes for everyone. It would be nice to see Atherwing kayle's exalted form appearing for everyone.

Just a small addition that would make a lot of people happy :)
