I find it stupid that 1 person can hold 4 people hostages pre 20 min. If the first surrender at 15 min is 4/1 and the second one aswell they it should count as a normal post 20 min surrender, where a 4/1 results in a ff. If we try to surrender 2 times pre 20 with a 4/1 on both times, chances are we dont really want to play this game so let us out.

I don't like surrendering in ranked, just because I have seen games end in my favor enough times. However, normally I don't like surrendering because the score is like "Team - 5 Enemy - 6" and people are just being quick to quit. That said, when you surrender at 20 the mass majority of the team wants out, and 1 person shouldn't be able to hold up a game that people obviously do not want to participate in any longer. Whether its at 15 minutes, or 10 minutes... If four players do not want to play anymore then just let the game end. It is not mentally benefiting anyone to force people to play in a match they no longer have motivation to be in anymore. While it sucks to be the one person that didn't just throw their hands up at ONE death of a team mate, when four other people have already lost in their minds the game is just going to drag on another X amount of minutes before the game is lost (unless you can motivate them by someone carrying, but sometimes that doesn't work either).
Just wait 2 more minutes for 20 so the 4/1 will pass the 2nd time?

I find it stupid that 4 people can't play the game well enough to avoid early surrenders and wish to go ruin another game instead of actually learning how to play to the point that early surrenders are never an issue.
Lets remove the surrender at 15 so people will actually play.

People give up too early, you could make the argument that we don't even need the ability to FF at 15 minutes.
You're not being held hostage, sometimes you can legitimately win games if you scale and play correctly, but instead everyone gives up at the drop of a hat. We don't need to reinforce that mentality even more.
There's a roughly 4 minute cooldown on surrender votes anyway. Just wait until 20 to start the second one.

You are not held hostage. You are not entitled to a surrender just because you THINK the game is lost. You do not deserve to surrender anyway just because you called for it 2 minutes too early.
Seriously, you could have just waited another 2 fucking minutes and had it pass at 20 minutes. But nope. You didn't get it at 15 or 18 minutes. So now you wanna bitch and moan because one person didn't feel like giving up after YOU fed two kills and said the game was lost.
Do you wanna know why I hate your attitude? It means you can't stand a difficult game. Don't you dare tell me you've completed Dark Souls because this attitude says you would've given up at the Hellkite Dragon. And if you can't bear having a PVP game that's even remotely challenging, stop playing PVP games. Go to WoW where everything is practically handed to you and you get to experience almost everything without needing to REALLY work for it.
I honestly don't want that to happen, at least not for ranked games. I've had so many ranked games where four people wanted to early surrender but one person refused and in the end we managed to make a sudden comeback and win in the end, even if just a few minutes ago we wanted to forfeit the match and be done with it.
I dunno about normal games, though.
My team gave up a 100% free win yesterday and forced me to surrender, was already in the enemies base pushing and about to get to the Goddamn Nexus.
yes, so fucking done with that 1 person who just cannot vote yes when all the enemy team have double digit kills before 20 mins. ITS OVER FFS
I hate it in normal games.. e.g today I had dc ADC since the start, the remake wasn't possible for unknown reasons, our mid was intentionally feeding 1/10 yet he screwed us up and handled us hostage for another 5 minutes cuz he did not surrender before 20 - and it was a normal game -_- [zombie-brand-facepalm]
The only thing that needs to change is a failed pre-20 surrender should not prevent trying to surrender post-20. If someone throws a surrender vote up at 19:20 and it goes 4-1, the surrender option will be locked out for several minutes, forcing the game to go longer.
