Im looking for a PBE account!

Not sure if this is allowed, or in the right area but Ive been applying for a PBE account every chance i could since S4 and never get accepted, i would much rather play this game on the pbe and test stuff out than to play competitively on a normal account, is there anyone on here with a spare or unused account i could have?

Not the only one.. I apply almost monthly since S3.. But nope nothing.. Yet one of my friends got it and he isnt even level 30 on his live account.. Like how..
