@Riot, What happened to the Vayne Changes that were in the 7.17 patch cycle on PBE?

As a vayne main i actually thought the changes would be great for her in this meta. In my opinion shes currently unplayable in most games. With the limited build potential for crit carries, even with her w proc she cant handle the tank meta. Either she cant deal enough damage without hiding during teamfights, or her failing to be able to duel tanks 1 on 1. Ezreal got a q buff because of the oppressiveness of enchanters in the botlane vayne still gets ridiculously bullied in the lane phase and can only rely on her jg and support for early kills and scaling into late game is nigh impossible with most meta bot laners like ashe jhin cait lucian and draven destroying her in lane phase. and by the time you finally get some items and can do dmg you still get outshown in damage by said meta champs, cause they have a lot of non-crit damage potential, minus cait who gets guaranteed crits.
