How to re-introduce unobtainable skins (Black Ali, Silver Kayle, etc...)

So as some of you may know, there are some skins there were only obtainable in league's early days, usually through physical copies and whatnot Fair bit of people would love to see these things return solely because they can't obtain them

We have seen some of these skins return, such as pax siver and urfwick, with a slightly different twist to them so that the original owners still have something quite unique

So why not make it so these skins, not originals but slight changes, are only available to those who truly earn them?

I'm not talking about some buyable thing like 100k blue essence or 10 gems, nothing prestigious about something you can just drop money on...

So my stupid great idea is to make them unlock via mastery points, so the people who truly love those champions can still get a chance for them, but don't make it a lower number either

You want your UFO corki? Your Black Alistar? Your Pax Jax? Get 1,000,000 mastery points on that champion

You gotta love your champion a fair bit to get up to those numbers, so if someone has it, it's clear they actually like the champion
