The guy barely has any playrate in any region or elo, most people don't even remember he exists
The last time he was relevant he was immediately nerfed again while riot leaves other champions with both high pick and winrate barely touched
At least give the guy an emote or icon

He's still prominent in competitive play so he won't be buffed due to that, Riot have spoken that they're looking to rework his crystal around the map passive though due to the mindshare it has but don't expect anything crazy done to him
Skarner is what every champion should aim to be, he's balanced
I never see him played but he is my go-to jungler. Lots of hp/shield and a great ult
