Edit: OH and only marksman can deal damage to creeps from now on.

Riot nor any game developer will ever be able to create a game with 100s of champions in it that everyone considers "balanced". It's impossible. The fact that people still whine about this is hilarious. You set unrealistic expectations that will never be realized. The whole point of the game is for every champion to have highs/lows, that's why there are so many patches every year. Riot does a great job of weeding out the outliers but there is always going to be champions that are perceived "stronger" than others.
