8% less damage to minions, don't touch her insane mobility or shroud or execute damage, just 8% less damage to minions
Its 5 movement speed all over again
How about we touch her insane ratios, or touch her insane base damages, or hit her base hp, or hit her hp regen, or make her Q cost not scale down, or give gunblade the nerf it very much deserves?
Any single one would be helpful.
No, I'm not suggesting to do them all.
I think she's already well in the hole with Kalista, Sylas and others of being nerfed for pro play far beyond what normal players can do with her. So all nerfs at this point will just make her unplayable by normal league players outside of one tricks. Not that it's a huge nerf but i think Akali is either decent but cautiously balanced at this point or is starting to be just gutted out entirely.
Sometimes i don't understand why they gut to the extent they do. I think Kalista for pros now is around 10th in line for ADC so she's been nerfed well beyond pros even using her outside of very niche games. Akali had decent presence but wasn't pick/ban at last worlds.
it's decent nerf to her waveclear imo, it now takes 4-5 Q's to clear an entire wave while before it took only 3.
The hitbox nerf also hurts a little. On live Akali can stand on top of the melee minions and clear the whole wave because the Q hitbox goes slightly behind her. She can no longer do this so clearing requires you to Q both parts of the wave separately or position the wave carefully so that they all bunch up.
It also nerfs her in matchups against champions like 
who have dashes which place her behind where she cast Q.

I had a game last night Vs akali where I legit just inted and that's not something I do. It's very rare.
Match starts. Enter lane. I am BEHIND my minions. Q poke, slow, q poke, slow (ms speed buff for her) electrocute proc bye bye 75% health.
She hits two before me, walks through the minions behind mine. Does that shuriken hit dash across the lane BS. Bam. Dead.
I could have played even safer yes but Garen. Level 1. With MR runes. Getting chunked like that? Utter BS.
I couldn't be arsed. Bot were feeding, my jungler was afk. I just left lane. Couldn't be bothered
She then pubstomps my noobs team mates who do the whole "I'm going to run up to this highly mobile akali and wonder why I keep dying" farce.
But if you want to see just how broken she is first hand play a game after 1am......you'll almost certainly run across a smurf playing her or zed.
Disgusting champ far too safe, far too much sustain, far too much damage.
I swear to god, if they just decided back then to remove at least 1 or 2 of her 3 movspeed boosts before they went down with all those trial and error nerfs, she would've been far more balanced already.
The nerf she needs is to her Q slow. The slow should be moved to her E charge so she can't permanlly stall out melee match ups with her spammable conal snare poke. Or more damage needs to be shifted out from her Q poke and put into her E dash in so she can't poke down melee opponents with impunity so trivially.
Her spammable conal snare also makes her ridiculously hard to gank since she can chain her E dash back, shroud, gunblade active and then Q to basically self peel almost everything.
And in the emergencies where she needs an extra self peel, she gets 2 ult dashes.
This is an impossible to gank champ, way worse than Zed since at least Zed is somewhat vulnerable with a long W cd and no gunblade slow or E dashback or ranged conal slow.
Akali needs a nerf to her ability to keep opponents at a distance.
In exchange you move the slow to her E dash so when she does land her shuriken and goes for an all-in, she can chase down her targets.
But right now she suffers from an even worse Zed syndrome where she's way too safe for being an energy champ with virtually infinite resource sustain in lane and her hideously strong scaling on top of her already strong lv2+ performance.
I mean it's just a nerf to her waveclear to get her out of pro play same thing they did with Sylas and Aatrox.
