This is an outrage, WHY, THE COMMUNITY LITERALLY GIVES YOU IDEAS OF POOL PARTY SKINS ALL THE TIME AND YOU THINKING ABOUT SKIPPING IT?! Come on say its not so, tell me that the pool party will happen, don't the people want it?

Technically, it was skipped in 2014 as well. The years that there have been pool party skins are: 2013, 2015, 2016, and 2018. Also, in some blog post around 2017, they mentioned that some of the more popular skin lines would be on two year cycles, of which pool party was one. Some of the other skin lines that I can remember being on two year cycles are arcade and star guardian. Project might also be on the two year cycle, but I am not so sure about that.

First was 2012, Ziggs, but yeah they did skip 2014.. So only 2 years we haven't had.
Well they did say last year they'd put things on hold which is why some things like Arcade, Star guardians and Project would return this year.

It..doesn't work like that.. You know skins take months to make right? If they were skipping it, there'd be no chance of it happening. Trust me, this singular upvote farm post wouldn't change it, not that's it's being skipped. As the guy who's been downvoted into red hell stated, they come later.

no, they were released in August.
Past years have been released anywhere from July to September, so there's still time either way.
Especially considering Arcade had previously been in August but now June for it's return. Skins don't truly have a set time for the most part (except for Valentine's, Halloween and Snowdown usually)

Too bad summer time is anywhere from June 21st to September 23rd... so not really a "set time" XD Lunar Revel is always the last week of January to the first week of February, Halloween for example is always in October, Snowdown is always in December. Those are much more specific where as Summer is much much wider.
