Oh hell no, they will simply gut every single mage champion that can be played outside of midlane.
They will destroy VelKoz, Brand, Xerath, Zyra and Anivia they will forget about Fiddle and Galio (the ones who need the changes)
But I can GAREN-TEE you they will not so much as touch Annie.
No that champion makes playing this game horrible in the same way soraka does so there is NO WAY she will get changed.
