Alright, so explain to us why Sivir isn't disabled atm with her game breaking bug.

Everyone is spamming Sivir in ranked and abusing the bug. You're aware of it yet you wont disable her. Why is this being ignored exactly?

Sivir actually does have a bug right now. This is a video here displaying it and the amount it affects a game is quite large in my opinion.

...EVERY spellshield does that. All spellshields will block multiple abilities if they hit simultaniously. The fact it's also blocking basic attacks is weird, but far from having a large effect on the game.

That spell shield isn't a bug. On league wiki, it stated that spell Shield can block multiple abilities if they strike Sivir at the same time, as is the case with all spell shields.

Then why is it blocking autoattacks to?

Ok dat I dunno. For all I know is when 2 or more abilities hit Sivir's spell shield at the same time, it should cancel altogether. That's the one thing why I think this guy got most of his statement wrong about all of the champions selected to test the bug being bugged, with the exception of Corki. Not sure about Sona.

The LCS stated that it was a bug, but not game Breaking enough to get her Disabled. which is a lot of confidence since the LCS is more stingy about what champions are available. (shen was disabled for How long?)
