What if Evelynn's stealth range went down with level, but Twitch's stealth range goes up with level?

Just an idea I have. I know alot of people were and are upset about Twitch having a stealth radius around half that of Evelynn's.

Now, both Evelynn and Twitch are sitting around a very healthy 52% winrate, and some buffs in the near future might actually bump Evelynn even higher. Also, Twitch is kind of being restricted by early game lane bullies such as MF and Ezreal, plus I think some future rune changes could shake things up a bit more.

So, by no means do I recommend that these changes be implemented soon. Just that, if Evelynn starts having trouble, and if Twitch starts wrecking solo queue again......these could be interesting changes that could help curb those.

So, why do I suggest these? Well, for Evelynn, despite having a healthy 52% winrate, she does tend to fall of decently come mid game. There is a very noticeable drop in winrate come 30 minutes for her. This is because it's not easy for her to skirt around teamfights due to the size of her stealth radius unless she dives into the jungle, where pink wards could be waiting to spot her. With other assassins, they have a means to get in and out of a fight very quickly. Talon has E, Zed has W, Ekko goes E+R if needed. Evelynn doesn't have this, and thus has to wait for the perfect moment to get in. However, since she also doesn't have any other form of mobility, she has to rely on her stealth in order to position correctly.......which is made difficult due to the size of her stealth radius. If her stealth radius decreases slightly every level (starting from level 6 at it's current radius), it will help her do all these things.

Twitch is the exact opposite. Pre 20 minutes, he has a 49% winrate. Come 40 minutes, he has a 57% winrate. Just goes to show how hard he scales. In fact, once he reaches a certain point, Twitch is more reminiscent of an assassin than an ADC. He can come out of nowhere, and delete a bruiser in about 3 shots, or rip an entire enemy team to shreds. This is due to how small his stealth radius is, which, in the early game, allows him to move around sticky situations with ease. But come late game, it allows him to position just right to get the perfect line up for his ult to rip the enemy team to shreds. If his stealth radius increased with every level, it would make things such as lining up the perfect shot more difficult.

In fact, an interesting way Riot could implement this is that both Evelynn and Twitch switch stealth radii throughout the game. At level 6, both of them have their current stealth radius. However, come level 18, Evelynn has Twitch's current stealth radius, and vice versa.

But yeah.......just an idea.

TL;DR

If Evelynn starts having problems, and Twitch becomes a problem again, why not make it to where they effectively switch stealth radii throughout the game?

"Well, for Evelynn, despite having a healthy 52% winrate, she does tend to fall of decently come mid game. There is a very noticeable drop in winrate come 30 minutes for her. " She's supposed to fall off late game like every other assassin. Twitch is a late gamer who is supposed to destroy late. You want a buff for the late game of a early gamer and a nerf to the late game of a late gamer
