Honestly, why does this item allow for instant destruction of wards?
When there's an assassin who's ahead and they pick it up it makes it almost impossible to keep vision in the areas that need vision. Especially with Pyke picks it up. Just feels like Riot hates vision at this point and wants you to face check and die in the jungle.
Now imagine the whole enemy team with duskblade/ zombie wards. That's op
When they nerf hourglass they can do something about this.

Indeed, and it shows so well how Pyke is such a bad concept (and remember that who created it said that_ "chasing a pentakill on a support is awesome"_, btw).
Season 8 has been so bad, and they haven't improved basically nothing in Season 9. Wanna bet about he next season? :D
They gut vision then introduce items like this :D
Bring back Tracker's Knife
Because if assassins are countered by vision then they have to use their brains when they roam and not just “hur dur off to botlane”
To shove a class of champions supposedly about punishing mistakes into the highest level of play for money.
Because assassins are for the most part very squishy and it is a must to be constantly moving around and roaming on them so them sitting around in vision of some1 is definitely not ideal. Also this active has quite a long cooldown and can only be used on 1 ward unlike oracle lens which is free on a lower cooldown and can take out multiple wards.
