Disable champs that get major changes from ranked till X amount of games are played

I'm not talking about champs that lose armor per level or champs that get mana cost increased I mean champs like in the juggernaut update.

I am really sick of these 1 time Mordekaiser's coming to ranked expecting freelo because they can have a pet dragon for a bit.

People playing Skarner thinkin they can play king of the hill

People playing Darius seeing he gets bonus AD during bloodrage but not realizing you need 5 stacks of hemorrhage.

Champs that get major changes need to be disabled from ranked que's until about 10-20 games AT LEAST

EDIT: Since some people can't use common sense..Disable recently obtained champions as well as majorly changed ones from ranked* I didn't think I would have to suggest new/recently bought champions because that's just plain obvious if i'm suggesting the ones that got recent changes...This is league though I shouldn't expect some people to brain power

10-20 games is extreme. There's 0 reason for it to be more than 2 or 3. It doesn't take 20 games to learn what a champion's abilities do. 10-20 games is taking you anywhere from mastery rank 3-5 depending on victories, and that really isn't necessary to have for ranked.

People literally buy a champ and try them in ranked and say "first time playing this champ i might do bad" what makes you think they care about reworks?

This is the reason I wait up to a week after each patch to play ranked.

While we're at it,let's make it so that every player have to read the patch notes for the newest patch before they can queue for a Ranked game.

What happens if this champion is someone's main? It would really suck if I couldn't use Mordekaiser in ranked just because of changes. I've played him many times on the PBE anyways.
