@Meddler Mages Like Viktor/Cassio/Rumble seem a bit over the top right now?

Maybe its just Rylais, but even then I feel like Rumble/Cass/Viktor are just a bit over the top recently (Especially in worlds).

Any plans for some minor nerfs (CD nerfs?), or we going to wait for the Rylais changes and see how those play out?

viktor and rumble and cass are all destroying me in my games. they need to increase cooldown on all of them so we don't get freakin permaslowed into oblivion. especially when they all have sustined damage and are able to burst people in 1-2 seconds
