The ability just has close to no counterplay on a 1v1 and has near 0 downtime with cdr and maxed.
Its just too strong for a point and click 5s duration disable, substantially buffing the rest of his kit while not nerfing wither is a mistake.

"The ability just has close to no counterplay on a 1v1" Nasus is meant to be strong 1v1 and you have to get within wither range to be withered. If you got that close to, say, Riven, she will jump on you, cc you, and you will die before doing anything. And Nasus has no counterplay.
