A small buff that would really benefit Lissandra.

Plus 50/75/whatever small amount range on her Q. Right now it's 725 range and 825 range if it shatters. Because her Q range is so short Lissandra often gets dumpstered in lane against most champs. Buffing her Q range would allow her to more easily clear waves and roam like she's supposed to.

That's not a small buff. That is actually a really huge one and her Q's damage was nerfed before for her being such a lane bully and this would make that worse. She's not supposed to be a long range mage. It's intended for her to be a short ranged caster which is why apart from her E, all of her spells have relatively low range.
