About the new Galio rework

Im loving the galio rework and i think his abilities are really cool but.. can we not leave his E lvl 1 damage?(170 fucking magic damage at lvl 1 rofl) kinda too much damage for a lvl 1 ability with no damage steroids...

i know its PBE i just want to make sure that they reduce his E early damage a little.
