Why the hell are we buffing vayne? for what? because we are removing her dumb crit burst? and these buffs jesus fucking christ who the fuck thinks its ok for a marksman to have inbuilt heal?? and oh yeah lets buff the most hated type of damage in the game because its really fun and interactive to get fucked by her dumb W procs

with these buffs she can be melee and still do better than all the "juggernauts" because they are not allowed to be strong or be meta because low elo said so

I honestly have no idea what the fuck is even going on anymore. This is another example of change for the sake of change, instead of for the sake of balance, and it needs to stop. The tank rework was a colossal failure because it was done as way to forcibly change the meta instead of fix the problem (tank damage). It backfired and now instead of every tank being useful, only 4-5 are too strong.

There is absolutely no reason to change Vayne. She has a decent skill cap that rewards people enough for being good with her. I can only assume that the heal on ult is to encourage people to use her ult more aggressively, but how fucking more agressive do Vayne players need to be? Removing her Q's ability to crit deserves to be compensated, but with a HIGHER AD SCALING, not more fucking Max Health True Damage on W. God, what a mess...

Also... The buffs are probably more for LCs than they are for low ELO.... So winrate across all ELO isn't the main goal. Either perma ban dat vayne or pick her up for some ez ELO if you bronze/silver like me!
