If Riot could make one small concession; What is the current spread between Flex Q and Solo Q ?

I would wager to say the vast majority of the player base is playing Solo Q but I could be wrong. Riot?

All of my friends who are not diamond (and even some that are diamond) are playing flex queue actually. This is in every single rank. Don't underestimate how popular it is to be able to play ranked with friends.

why? it's not even the start of the season so plenty of people aren't caring enough to play ranked, playing either mode just as a joke until the season starts or just playing either mode because they don't want to play normals. Also it's way too early, ask about this when at least a month or two has passed

Surely you jest? I have had shorter queue times now than I ever did under Dynamic Queue or Flex Queue.

Of course I only play Solo Queue... which proves my point, at least anecdotally since mine is only one of many cases.

and i have not seen a single increase in my queue times in flex... so? i have seen so many people who just play ranked whether it's flex or SoloQ and are just "relax it's just preseason" people do not care enough for ranked or just avoid it completely until a few weeks after the season starts so that everyone who was pushed down due to the reset is out of their MMR range. You have shorter queue times and? the population is divided and you still get "better" queue times? great! good for you!

Have to remember Autofill, which is also helping to reduce queue times. It may skew the perception that there are more people playing solo/duo since queue times are reduced.
