So, i hate playing vs fiora so im trying out some champs vs her and champ.gg says Wukong is good but what makes it good? At what levels does he start to excel vs her or is it from lvl 1? I'm not very familiar with Wukong top yet but i've been having fun with it lately. :)

Wukong used to be able to get out of her pre-rework ult if i remember correctly. That made him a "Counter" to her.

Consider that his ult more or less counters hers as well.

Fiora is a duelist, she's strong in 1v1. Wukong is more of a teamfighter that can go into stealth and aoe knockup two areas if he has flash, setting up for potential engage.
TL;DR Outplay her, force team fights, and impress her with that extendable stick of yours.

she can w his spin.
she has a guaranteed crit, she has a gap closer also, she has true damage and a lot of sustain, she can buy a pink ward.
