This should be fairly obvious, any champion who doesn't have pass through skillshots are pretty much screwed in lane, because now all you have to do make camp in your minions and they'll body block for you. It's probably not as game breaking as I think it is, but removing allied creep block would immensely nerf a good subset of champion's lane harass.
