he's not inherently a bad champion, but jesus christ no one knows how to use him. none of them can secure early kills, and half of them end up building ap ez botlane on me which makes them USELESS when cds are up.

hell i have to ban him just to make sure no one on my team picks him and basically says "i'm going to throw the game"

I think I just hate him because he's an ADC with a skillshot blink. That's all, he's also got 1.1 scaling on a 3 second Q, so that could be an annoyance too.
