Can someone please look at my recent match history, and maybe give me some ideas on why I am performing so badly in ranked? I was doing just fine in normals then I started to play my placements and I was useless in pretty much every game.

Aimléss1 votesSometimes when you're in placements like me you just get shitty teammates just to screw you over then 20 games after placements suddenly you get the exact opposite and get good teams, that's likely gonna happen to you if you keep playing. Though you are in Silver so even with shitty teammates you can still win a game if you play it smart. The best way to do that is to snowball yourself by picking into good matchups so you can pressure your laner even if you don't get a bunch of kills a 30-40 CS lead is just as good. Or you could roam to overextended lanes since you play mid.
For example, if your bot/top is losing they're likely being pushed under tower, when you see that push your lane and roam there, ping your jungle to help too and turn it around. Or when the enemy is chasing a feeder around or your teammates are in an unwinnable fight don't help, keep pushing and get a tower. Also, keep lanes pushed at all times, it gives you CS and delays the game a lot, especially in low elos.

How i got of of bronze in S7 was have a positive mentality each and every time i got into ranked and have ALOT and i mean ALOT of map awareness, ping things that you see, where enemy champions are, Where wards were currently placed etc. Another thing is Roam (since i see you play mid alot). Roam when you pushed in your wave to have a CS lead (pref a cannon wave) or to follow the enemy midlaner for a counter gank Katarina Ekko and Zed are amazing roamers btw! (going by your champ history) good luck out there summoner !
