Was klepto even nerfed???

First game of the patch i play against a klepto ezreal bot lane as jinx, he generates 680 gold in 17 minutes, completes 2 full items in 17 minutes + tear and goes on to dominate mid game even after i killed him in lane.

Second game, go against ornn top as riven, he can still spam W me to complete dominate trades, removing unstoppable didnt do shit about the 5.4s CD half health hp trade while giving him a shield so you cant damage him back, he just mashes W on cd and the only counterplay is to give up farm and push and roam (if you can even call that "counterplay"), what a fking joke...

Nice to see none of the problems got addressed in the patch and both champs are still permaban tier.

What a fking useless patch...

I main GP and Klepto was for sure nerfed. I generally get about 1000-1300 Gold from it around 20 minutes from gold and selling items and now I get roughly 700-1000. Definitely a nerf and I get a decent amount less items. Potions drop a lot less now

Honestly i am wondering if there is something not working right in the calculations for ezreal specifically i have noticed that he does not appear to be getting less gold generation from klepto then before.

Nasus was able to reach full build by 30 minutes in before klepto was nerfed.

Not sure how long it takes him now.

I'd estimate it should take him 5-10 additional minutes with the nerf in place.
