Veigar E needs a rework.

-No it isnt easy to dodge. -No not every champ can build Qss without gimping their build. -No an AOE field almost as big as a lane isnt balanced. -No any cc above 2.5 secs shouldnt exist ever since season 5 ( looking also at that dumb champ called Lulu ) -No he doesnt need to land a stun because you can't dash out of the cage and his W is litterally 2/5 the hitbox of the area inside his cage. -No staying away from him isnt counterplay bu the same logic we should buff Darius to pre rework level cause people can stay outside his range permamently.

The only thing he has going for him?Maybe it's a little hard to get a good cage when you get dove.
