I still ban him when I play mid b/c I hate that at 6 he can press R and is guaranteed to kill most of gis common match ups. IDC if he's "weak" he's still an annoying champ that can stomp in the right hands.

The first all-in, exhaust him and you negate it. The second all-in stopwatch, and he's useless. The third all-in you have exhaust up again, he's a non factor.

I prefer going resolve secondary, the extra hp helps a lot.

That's all well and good for his lane opponent; but not the ADC bot lane, or the increasing amount or ranged tops. Can't always trust your team to pay attention to wanders. Even with pings.

Im so mad that rakan has the shitest ap scaling in his kit with his low base damage w delay and low range who else has 50% ap ratios on all 3 of their damage spells. Taric Lost 2 damage spells and his damage still isnt as bad as rakan's because of his Passive

this is a circlejerk of bandwagon and strawman. there's no place for circumstancial case-by-case examination. adc is broken. you know it. we know it. everyone knows it. adc can ONE-SHOT me as well as assassins can LITERALLY IN THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME. it's definitely not because of the removal of old resistances runes.

meanwhile, adcs get one-shot even faster by assassins but because they have always been fairly easy to melt, so no one notices or complains about it.

I'm actually happy with Zeds current state. I don't like playing him when he's OP.

His early game damage is on the high side but he definitely falls off pretty hard the longer the game goes.

As for Rammus, aftershock is mainly to blame. That's getting needed though. Of course the main issue is damage being too high across the board.

Zed is so easy to play against unless ur in an extremely hard match up but hey that what assassins are.He has to roam if he wants anything if u play the lane right.Also league of stopwatch

more counter play than zed who blinks on top of you and used his 'skill shots' from point blank range decides wheter to finish you with an auto or to steal your ad then does the same thing again in 80 seconds and blinks to saftey up to twice
