Meddler how you want Improve Jungle and Junglers if you again Nerfing it. Again Sustain junglers win

It's Like hey we gonna buff Eve ,Nautilius, Skarner . And we gonna faceroll them in next patch even more.
ALL TIER 2 JUNGLE ITEMS 350 gold ⇒ 450 gold
ALL TIER 3 JUNGLE ENCHANTMENTS Costs for all tier 3 jungle enchantments have been reduced by 100 gold
What's that mean ? Let's answer some questions.
Normal route was make 3 camps -> Buy jungler item -> gank or continue farm
Now tell me Meddler and dear Community how Many junglers can make more than 3 CAMPS ? (before back to base). I can tell you . All with sustain or shield . Rest can go and collect cookies..
So let's say im Eve (im doing now 3 camps and i have 200 hp at end .. if its all good) . Ohh I dont have enough money for jungler item but i also dont have HP to continue clear jungle. So I need back to base restore my hp. Farm more gold again back to base AND MABY im gonna gank.
That system again promotes sustain junglers + you are forced to sit in jungle and farm farm farm farm farm farm.
One more question . Where is that "we gonna bring back tank junglers " ?
