Everyone complains Bard has no damage but what about SORAKA!?

I use to love old Soraka for troll damage build, but all i see are threads about Bard doing no damage, why are there no complaints about her then!? Least Bard has mobility!

Because Soraka being a pick or ban mid is still fresh enough in people's minds that they don't want it back.

Cause soraka can still deal damage, bard can not, he literately has 1 damaging spell, and its pretty pitiful at that.

You can build any champ AD and they ill deal a decent mount of damage, but that is not what this post is about, he wants to know why AP soraka deals no damage like AP bard. The fact is Soraka deals way more damage than bard could ever dream of doing, as AP.

I don't think raka needs a buff right now. Positioned and built properly she makes her team borderline impossible to kill

She's like a carry that way, but instead of dishing out damage, she's serving up heals.

off-tank bruiser is the way to go, more q's for more shred and much better survivability for more heals

I won a game as Soraka mid just yesterday. I played her as the Banana Crit Queen (Crit + damage + Attack Speed). Did I do great? No. But I did not do as bad as you would think(4/5/9). I killed Kassadin in a 1 vs 1 fight, as he did not expect the Bananas to hit him for critical damage. well i have seen bard q and 3 meep hit an adc, so talking about him having no damage is pretty lame

Soraka still does a hefty number if you land her Q; and Bard only has 1 ability that deals damage. He makes up for his lack of damage with his dubious amounts of utility
