Do you see the pattern here? They all had a ton of CC. We need a 15% slow reduction item that can stack with or , combined making the slow reduction 50%.

Anti-CC itemization is actually pretty solid. You've got item 3102 item 3222 item 3140 to deal with it when 1 CC effect means life or death rather than just being annoying.

Also - and don't really pack a lot of CC.

Those champions are more average in regards to CC potential than anything else - finding champions with no CC at all is actually pretty rare. If a champion is incapable of interrupting a Katarina / Nunu / Fiddlesticks channel (Teemo ), they don't have noteworthy CC potential.

Ziggs is also notably CC light by most mage standards. Typical mage is more like or there, and you can get ones like , , and that bring so much CC they could basically make game-winning plays while dealing 0 damage.

I guess another way of phrasing that would be: if a mage would make a shitty support, they don't have impressive CC.

Also, champions with the least CC tend to be assassins. Like Basically, the who's-who of QQ threads tends to be low CC champions.

The general sentiment for CC/utility heavy champions Ashe Sejuani Zac Lissandra is mostly that they feel underwhelming and weak to play, rather than feeling strong and rewarding to play as well.
