Is there something Azir DOESN'T have? Poke, zoning, cc, burst, dps, long range, harass, nice scaling, mobility, utility. He's a lane bully with an okay mid game that turns into a hyper carry lategame.

Is "Hard to master" enough of a pretense to overload the living hell out of his kit?
