Not a Yasuo main. I've only played a total of 19 games on him at all, with a little less then half of those being AI games.

Don't really have any opinion at all on Yasuo.

If he's weak, he should be buffed. If he's too strong, then he should be nerfed.

Currently by statistics, he appears to be on the weak side.

I remember Dopa saying Yasuo is so broken that his only weakness is the Yasuo player fucking up/getting too confident. Was a long time ago, but its still true imo

I think the Yasuo stuff is true tho. I see so many people that say they beat Yasuo by "letting him push and waiting until he takes tower shots/fucks up, because you cant fight him" lul. a good yasuo is still opie imo

LCS aside, it'd be weird to balance the game according to people who complain about every little thing. I'd much rather Riot balance the game according to the opinions of people who have a genuine understanding of the game.
