Warmog passive should not be disabled by minions
being attacked by minions =/= being in a fight.
that's what garen's passive says at least.

If you can't pressure the map because you are waiting for regen, it kinda kills the purpose.

That way rushing it is less effective, yet after some time it only gets better.
