Ashe: More focus in focus

Focus: Attacking an enemy grants you additional critical strike chance against . This effect can stack up to 3 times, lasts 4seconds and gets reset if the target is switched. Level 1-6: 5%; (max 15%) Level 7-12: 7.5% (max 22.5 %) Level 13-18: 10% (max 30%)

This passive is supposed to be more "Focus"-ish than her current one which motivates her to not attack at all. Instead this new passive focusses on "Focus"-sing a single target which should fit the name much better.

Ashe has the lowest base AD of all carries and no steroid while the impact of her CC has suffered from boot and mastery rework. I feel like this passive grants her a fair DPS improvement for sticking on a target.

There' one thing I'ld also like to discuss considering QoL aspects: Should hitting another target with Volley, or Crystal Arrow reset the effects?
