@Riot, why the hell is Zed not nerfed yet? (long post)

Latest ranked game. Saw they took Zed. I picked Lissandra seeing how she counters him, has good CC and poke, along with her ult and a heal. I come into the game, start farming up. We both trade with each other poke wise very fairly, then as he gets level 3-6 he starts outpoking way too much with his shrukan things, and I can't keep up. Therefore I stop poking to try and farm, and am outpoked so much I can't farm at all. He gets level 6 before me, I was over half health thinking I was fine but under turret, he ULTS me, so I W Q E and ignite, he kills me and gets away with less than a 100 health. Talk about BS right there.

When I respawn, I find that I don't even have enough money for a Seeker's, let alone Zhonya's, while he comes back with a Hexdrinker's. This is insane. Long story short, he kept killing me even when I ulted myself, W'd him, did everything I could and I still couldn't kill him while he insta-deleted me. I would get out of my ult and he would just Q-W and bam I was dead. Oh, and not to mention, he had Thunderlord's, which he could proc with literally almost every combo, adding more damage to his already insane amount he pokes with.

Throughout this whole game my jungler did nothing to help even when I asked for it. He just farmed all the while and would only go in to kill Zed after I died.

Moving on, one point I'm at my turret, Lucian ults me. I E away thinking I'm fine, nope, Zed shadows in, ults and I'm dead before I can cast my own ult.

Now as statistics stand, Zed got majorly buffed in patch 5.23-he did not need that at all. His W got increased range from the maximum 600 to 700, but the minimum got nerfed from 400-350. His missile speed on W also got buffed, from 1500-1750. Then the major buff that everyone I think hates you for, Riot, is his increased mark damage on his ult. It went from 20/35/50% to 30/40/50%, meaning he can insta-delete champions earlier in the game rather than late, and his enemy laners can't do one thing to do against him.

Rates: Zed is sitting at an average 51.78% win rate (according to champion.gg), and pick rate at 20.69%. Since patch 5.23, his win rate went up from 47.28% to 51.78%. His pick rate went from 14.13% in 5.23 to 16.65% in 5.24, to 20.69% at 6.1 patch. It's safe to say that buffed increased his pick and win rates.

People say, "Rush Zhonya's!" Well, to add a cherry on top, Riot nerfed Zhonya's. The cost went from 3000 to 3500 gold, while the armor was nerfed from 50 to 45. Seeker's also was nerfed- the AP down to 20 from 25, the armor down to 25 from 30. Oh, some say "That's not a big deal,"- well, it is. Because the whole AD itemization and Marksman items were buffed/changed around significantly. Maw of Malmortius- given 10% armor penetration, increased resistances, and the shield along with the passive that gives them extra life steal and spell vamp if they get anywhere near low health-meaning they can get a shield and heal up while they kill you and you can't do crap. AD champions also got and -which they both recently got their armor penetration buffed from 40 to 45%.

Some say, "oh, just CC him!" Oh, you want to stun Zed? He can shadow out immediately without taking much punishment, or buy a QSS to cleanse himself, and if he upgrades it into , he gets 10% more lifesteal. If he dives you, you can't do much to him before he can press R and return to safety while you die in a matter of seconds.

Last Nerfs: Zed was first nerfed in patch 5.9. They put a 1 second timer on his ult, so he couldn't shadow back immediately. There was a lot of uproar about that, but we AP people got to breathe finally. Then comes patch 5.16, and Zed gets helped- his timer went from 1 second to 0.5 at all ranks. A lot of us were not happy about that either. I'm looking through the patches last season, and _I can not find any single one _that was a nerf to his damage. He only got buffs to his damage or his stats.

Riot, last season I was able to 1 v 1 Zed with Zyra, Morgana, and other more squishy champions and could still get out alive while killing him. I could destroy him with my stronger champions like Diana and Katarina but some could still give me a fight. Literally now a days, I can't even play well against him with one of his top counters, let alone any of my favorite mid laners because 1) he outpokes me, 2) outfarms me, 3) can insta-delete me, and 4) he can get away without any death trade or punishment.

Please do something about this. Nerf his passive, because everyone including me thinks it's too OP, as he can farm more easily while adding on extra damage to you when you are already low health. Nerf his ult damage, because he didn't need that buff at all. Do something, please, because the outcries will only increase until you do something. I'm sorry if I said anything out of hand but I'm really tired of going against Zed's and not being able to do anything to him.

TL:DR So basically, the whole preseason was like a big whole F-YOU to AP champions while giving AD and Marksman all the love. Our mana regen was nerfed, our CDR was made so it's harder to get to the full 40%, almost all our regular items were nerfed and costs increased. AD items got buffed, Zed got majorly buffed to where he is insanely OP.
