My ranked games feel so fucking one sided

Either we get stomped or we do the stomping and it's so fucking old. I'm actually gonna just stop playing until next season because climbing is such a fucking headache. I'm plat5. Like yeah i can understand giving me golds. But i deadass get silver players in my games. In what world is that balanced matchmaking? MMR aside this shit happened when i had plat mmr as well. Because a gold 3 can duo with a silver 1 and be put in with a plat player. Like ????????????? A fucking joke honestly.

Its Boosting season right now. Ranked matches are extremely one-sided and volatile.

At least boosters are playing ranked, since casual players seems to avoid ranked now. /s

I had a few friends to duo, nobody plays ranked, they don't want to drop since the matchmaking is total bs atm

Matchmaking at any 5 sucks right now. I had a 53% wr in Plat 4. Made the mistake of playing around the end of the season and literally every game is booster or boosted player. Or people just playing their placement games that were D5 last season and haven’t played all season. This tilts the shit out of people - and then makes normally ok/chill players super toxic/defeatist.

Like a couple months ago matchmaking was fine.

It has been this way the whole Season, worse than the last one. You can easily see that from old VODs on Twitch, from Gold to Diamond.

You're Platinum and you're getting matched with a Silver 1 and a Gold 3? Buddy, your MMR is either total shit or they have a really good MMR and are probably smurfing. If you could link the game where that happened we could actually judge the case instead of just giving away that information.

No , but it's natural to get matches with Golds as plat 5 , and this gold can duo with a silver , and that what's happening , enemies get the same treatment tho

Man, the matchmaking makes works so that both teams have equal MMR. As a Plat 5 is already bad when you play against a Gold 3, because your MMR is way low than average, but facing a DuoQ of a Gold 3 and Silver 1? You're going to get demoted if you keep losing.

it depends honestly ,there isn't a big difference between gold and silver especially if they are duo , maybe they know each other very well? when I was gold 1 , had gold 3 in my match who was duo with a silver 3 rammus , this sound like a joke but there is a league and 2 divisions difference between me and that rammus , that rammus hard carried the game like wth

I find that a lot of silvers are really good, it just gets hard to climb when you can't carry every game. Plus people get tilted too easily nowadays (myself included) and when ur adc is 0/3 the games over because they'll either run it down or dc

No , he was just duo with his Gold 3 premade he isn't smurfing , obviously his main account , from what I remember he had 300+k on Rammus and he was talking stuff " guys shame on you , you are being hard carried by this silver 3 silver Rammus " he got annoyed when I mentioned something about matchmaking and why we have silver 3 in our team At the end he said " Rammus otp baby "

Its horrible. I win lane each time but the rest are stinkers. I stated just this season and climbed from Iron IV to rn Bronze IV and lemme tell you its horrid. One thing I've noticed is that Botlane loses every time in Bronze, Soo, I'll go supp and win us bot, only to find mid, jg and top feeding. Okay then, I'll go mid and win us mid in another game. Top, Jg and Bot loses. Like wtf man. And in normals I'll get a regular team with no complete jackasses and the game will be pretty damn fun and neat aswell cuz we simply wont stop the enemy completely and it'll be somewhat a challenge. But never the same in Ranked, what sucks more is that in Normals my wr is somewhere around 54% and in Ranked its 50.2% despite putting up with the shit. Like cmon man, when is performance based matchmaking gonna come???
