I love riot, but they implement a lot of unfinished features and that needs to be fixed.

Honor system: Partially implemented, left to stagnate, now it's rare to ever see anybody with a ribbon just due to how broken and buggy the system is.

Champion mastery: Interesting, gives you a great feel for progression, but absolutely lacking any sort of real substance.

Chroma's: Would have been an awesome thing to tie to champion mastery, but they've been left to stagnate and I can't remember the last chroma we had

Twisted Treeline: They said a year ago they were going to start cleaning up the bots in twisted treeline and make it playable again, but it's still unplayable and filled with bots, which is a shame, because I really want to play it. But it looks like twisted treeline is going to end up going the way of dominion at this point.

Even the new hextech chest system. Like, can you at the very least make it so I can't get champion shards for champions I already own? It already takes forever to earn keys, it would feel a lot better if every other chest wasn't a dud as well.

I realize the primary balance of the game is pretty damn important, but maybe riot should start looking at the backend a bit more and start expanding or reworking these old systems. Runes are a great a candidate for rework.

Iirc, Lyte's mentioned that they're aware the Honor system isn't as good as they hoped and want to revisit it once they have time. (I forget if he mentioned what specific project they're working on. Tribunal? Dynamic Queue?) Similarly, I think Riot's said that the reaction to Chromas was underwhelming compared to full skins, so they stopped working on them.

Champ Mastery is still a work in progress, especially considering the system isn't even fully released yet. Same thing with Hextech Crafting. What do you mean by substance anyway?

Bots have been around for much longer than a year, and Riot's been aware of them for ages. Presumably Riot's still working on banning bots. Unfortunately, there probably isn't much Riot can say besides that.

If anything, Alternate Maps would be the longest-running "unfinished feature." They're lacking in regular attention even now, despite Riot repeatedly admitting to neglecting them. ManWolfAxeBoss is great, but SR's taking up most of his time. Although a dedicated team for each map may be a bit excessive, a team to handle Alternate Maps as a whole is long overdue.
