This only shows again that his kit is the problem and he needs more than a few numbers change. Would be cool if he got a mini rework or something, because it's really annoying to see him get picked -> trashed -> sit on 40% win rate -> buffed -> repeat everything.

Angelofchaos16x1 votesI think another massive issue is that the champions that punish Vlad are not popular champions. The three best champions to pick against him are Cassie , Swain and Brand (I would say four , but Rip mid Malz). These champions could deal with the bullshit that it is to lane against a Vlad, but none of them are particularly popular champions , so it just makes it hell when he is meta
